Talent Acquisition Manager - Process Governance and Improvement
The Talent Acquisition Manager - Process Governance & Improvement provides s trategic leadership in instituting and leading the key components of the overall TA Service Delivery Model to ensure effective services/processes that are aligned with the expectations of the customers and the business. Responsibilities include defining and overseeing the operational process governance model, process improvement efforts, operational projects, knowledge management and training. This position applies strategic business and process operations, consulting perspectives, project management methodology and leadership skills to deliver critical initiatives on-time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
6 years related experience.
4 years leadership experience.
Experience in TA and/or HR, recruiting, sourcing and hiring, and recruiting operations, programs and solutions.
Experience managing direct reports, overseeing and measuring the work of multiple staff members, including providing performance feedback, data, coaching and professional development to support achievement of results and goals.
Experience leading recruitment strategies, solutions and projects aligned with organization strategies within medium to large companies.
Proven success utilizing a variety of methods to solve various business challenges.
Experience consulting with executives on complex initiatives, market trends, business challenges, processes, partnerships and service levels.
Experience creating presentations, business cases and data analysis and presenting to executive leadership.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or similar databases.
- Experience in process improvement, leading and implementing best practices with regards to governance, process improvement, training and/or knowledge management
