Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to Texas. REH's objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is enhanced along with the overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise.
Providence is calling a Supply Chain Analyst: Power Apps who will:
Be responsible for development and support in Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Power Automate and other workflow management tools
Support the REH scope of operations in managing system-wide contract related information, compliance, and financial analysis
Support data analytics for daily, monthly, and annual operating metrics and dashboards
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and comprehend data and business processes
Create basic to complex reports, charts, and graphs from various sources of information and effectively facilitate discussions with decision-making bodies
Demonstrate strong customer relationship management skills
Build reporting tools, including regular scheduled KPIs
Lead cross functional development through business process improvement (requirements gathering, development, UAT and production support)
We welcome 100% remote work for residents of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Lubbock, Texas.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Business Analysis -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
2+ years experience in analytics, reporting or other related work experience (materials management, operations, group purchasing environment)
2+ years' experience demonstrating strong analytical and organization skills
2+ years' experience planning efficient and accurate procedures and scheduling
2+ years' experience working with database management systems in support of activities and programs
A track record in quickly acquiring a good understanding of the organization, its business imperatives and reporting needs
A track record in organizing and planning with a proven ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast paced environment with competing business priorities
Demonstrated customer focus with a track record in building and maintaining regular communication and feedback channels
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience working with Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Power Automate and other workflow management tools
