Providence Health & Services Learning Administration Analyst in Washington

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Learning Administration Analyst. This position is open to Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California or Texas.

We are seeking a Learning Administration Analyst who will be coordinating the technical and administration operation of PSJH learning systems; platform development and improvement; provides assistance; content curation and support material for the Learning Administration Team and PSJH stakeholders; and contributes to the variety of learning related services and projects. Although this position has no direct reports, responsibility can include supervision for work tasks and system provisioning. Learning Administration Analyst will ensure that our learning infrastructure and deployment mechanisms meet customer needs, supports operational efficiency, automate it where possible, and can scale with the future growth of our business.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of cross system data integration to the LMS; data mapping; new product configurations; Single Sign On; troubleshooting related issues and processes data changes and add-ons for PSJH and Joint Ventures. Facilitates the upload of student demographic data for additional non-HRIS data.

  • Support tier 3 escalated help desk questions in regards to learning technology; troubleshoot system issues and create Knowledge Base

  • Documents; advise on issues and resolution; and provides analytical data trends to management to ensure SLA's are being maintained.

  • Planning and implementation of learning technology initiatives including the development and delivery of applications and systems training for end users. Consults, plans, coordinates, develops and supports special initiatives for the Learning Admiration team. In partnership with management, plan and implement projects that have been approved for the LMS suite of applications.

  • Manages small to medium projects including team process improvement projects. Performs data collection and analysis to identify trends, gaps, compliance issues, improvement opportunities and report production.

  • Coordinate all aspects of PSJH online learning systems, including: defining and maintaining site settings; overseeing the logistics of the learning management system(s) but not limited to; job categories, job functions, system alerts, CE Certification data, building room management and course categories.

  • Subject Matter Expert to Learning Administration, Joint Ventures and Community Connect. Provides new LMS feature and administrator training, technical advice and guidance on LMS features and integration of new products.

  • Responsible for writing process and procedures for the LMS suite of applications. Supports systems and procedures for learning technologies. Creates project documentation (workflows, SOPs, SLAs) determine time lines for the work, and coordinate all activities surrounding these projects. Designs and manage the Learning Administration share point sites both private and external.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years experience in learning management software (Healthstream preferred), database management products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Health Science, or related field.

  • Completion of the HealthStream Learning Center Certification program.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting.

  • 2 years experience in learning management software (HealthStream).
