Director Talent Acquisition Strategy, Insights, change & Communications. This position can work 100% remotely - most states are eligible.

The Director Talent Acquisition Strategy, Insights, Change & Comm unications is a senior leader responsible for consultation, planning, and execution of Talent Acquisition strategy, strategic insights & change management programs in alignment with the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition and the overall Providence business strategy & vision . This leader will oversee the following teams: strategy, strategic insights, OCM & communications. This position leverages a broad background in both HR /Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise and operations in a dynamic, fast paced and cross functional environment . Responsible for directing the work activity of team members and providing leadership, coaching, facilitation, communication, program structure, and technical expertise. The leader will work with multiple organizations and cross functional teams on strategic insights and support change management for all Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives .

Job Duties Include:

  • Strategic management and alignment of hiring strategy & execution, customer experience strategy, sourcing strategy, metrics & measurement and hiring plans for Talent Acquisition.

  • Lead complex change and strategy projects and programs working with members from multiple organizations, cross-functional team(s) and key leadership within a matrix management organization utilizing strong program/project methods and tools.

  • Developsstrategy project design, scope for work stream efforts and identifies risk and mitigation strategies.Develops high level roadmap and transition plans.

  • Oversees and recommends best practices and/or tools for maximizing efficiency and quality of data; provides expert insight, consultation and recommendations on projects or problems as requested; ensures validity of data including identifying and reconciling discrepancies in intelligence from multiple reporting sources and/or systems and/or conducting audits to improve data integrity.

  • Supports the identification of data sources and data gaps to answer business questions (cost per hire, quality of hire, vacancy rate, agency spend, etc.); Partners with Finance and HRIS to ensure alignment and accuracy of representation of shared data; Collaborates with the HRIS and IS teams to build infrastructure and reporting solutions.

  • Provides strategic direction for all Talent Acquisition change management and communication activities.

  • Supports the development of required change management competencies across Talent Acquisition, HR and the overall Providence hiring manager community.

  • Leverages business acumen within Talent Acquisition, HR, strategy, and change management to ensure business agility, innovative and creative solutions for achievement of business outcomes.

  • Oversees team in planning and execution of detailed change management and communications plans. Accountable for the achievement of project or program objectives consistent with business and/or HR strategy.

  • Convene and assimilate the appropriate cross functional Talent Acquisition project team members representing various functions.

  • RepresentsTalent Acquisition on cross-functional integration teams with other functional areas such as IT, Finance, Communications, and Mission.

  • Provide facilitation and strategic support to human resources executive leaders.

  • Facilitate design sessions and other methodologies to obtain innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations or related field or equivalent education/experience.

  • 10 or more years experience leading operations, large scale programs, process improvement, or M&A integration in a complex business environment (HR, TA, Supply Chain, REtail, Sales or Technology)

  • 10 or more years oversight and management responsibilities in talent acquisition, customer service functions, service center or related experiences with knowledge of case management and systems.

  • 5 or more years proven track record in multiple areas of healthcare management, operations and corporate functions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in same areas

  • PHR or SPHR
