We are seeking a Business Process Manager II: Data Analytics & Cloud Support that is responsible for designing end to end business processes that can, in turn, be analyzed and executed by the business. This position plays an important role in decision-making by advising IS leadership on improvement options for critical processes. The Business Process Manager reviews key operational processes that deliver services and ensures that such processes are adequate, functional and conform to industry standards.

In this position you will:

Strategic:

  • Provides planning, analysis and recommendations for improvements for services related to performance data.

  • Participates in project management and detail planning.

Management:

  • Works closely with customers and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows.

  • Facilitates workshops with subject matter experts and IS Leaders.

  • Lead process design sessions.

  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and IS Leadership to diagnose problems and solutions.

Operational:

  • Designs and documents clear and detailed End to End design of the organization's business processes (under the direction of the Service Delivery Manager and with input from the functional SMEs) by developing process maps and gathering business requirements.

  • Maintains the process repository.

  • Identify issues and risks.

  • Supports, develops and coordinate tools and processes used to track performance data.

  • Performs analysis (e.g. performance analysis, impact analysis and process simulation) as requested by Service Delivery Manager and /or Functional IS Managers.

  • Design and implement ITSM and operational processes.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED; High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 5 years' experience in direct business experience with emphasis in process improvement and/or quality improvement with demonstrated organizational awareness working in a complex business environment.

  • Experience developing business requirements.

  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.

  • Expert level experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.

  • Proven track record in mentoring and developing team members.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field -OR- equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.

  • DevOps Experience (KanBan or Scrum)

  • 3 Years' experience working in IT healthcare.

  • Project Management Certification.

  • Certifications in Lean, CAP and Work Out.

  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
