Providence is calling a Program Manager Health Equity at Providence Health Plan Partners. This position will be remote and may pivot to a hybrid model in 2022 working a combination of in office and remote. We are seeking candidates that are available in commute distance to the office in Beaverton, OR.
The Health Equity Program Manager works in close partnership with leaders throughout HCS and PHP to support and lead key health equity initiatives aimed at reducing and eliminating health disparities for our patients, members and communities. The Program Manager supports the team on initiatives and projects of varying size and complexity, strategic priority and/or visibility, system and/or PHP priority and is viewed as a partner to different stakeholders in development, implementation and optimization. This role provides internal project management support, change management and/or process improvement to support a variety of workgroups or project teams. The Program Manager operates in a highly matrixed environment to lead health equity work throughout the organization and supports the preparation of committee agenda planning, minutes, and presentations; must be comfortable with public speaking and presentations .
Training in Change Acceleration Processes (CAP).
Certification in Lean.
Experience in project management, program management and evaluation, team facilitation, data analysis, and/or medical management.
3 years experience in project coordination/management.
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or clinically related field.
