Providence Health & Services Quality Compliance Specialist in Tukwila, Washington
Providence is calling a Quality Compliance Specialist (ElderPlace, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence ElderPlace - (this position is located in Tukwila, Washington). We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Coordinate the presentation of our Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Plan outcomes.
Assure that documentation of compliance with policies and procedures is maintained at the appropriate department and site levels.
Provide technical assistance to members of the Leadership Team in terms of regulatory compliance, quality monitoring & documentation.
Assist in preparations for on-site surveys by regulatory agencies, as directed.
Assist to ensure all contract files are complete and up-to-date and adhere to ministry policy.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health related field
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Health related field
Quality Improvement experience in health and/or social service agency setting
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Experience with report writing software
Knowledge of PACE regulations
