Providence Health & Services Documentation Review Technician - Home Health in Tukwila, Washington
Providence is calling a Documentation Review Technician (Home Health, Day, 1.0) to Providence Senior and Community Services in Tukwila, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Maintain clients' health information according to established policies and procedures.
Provide clerical support that includes filing, computerized data inquiry and general clerical functions.
Acquire doctor-signed orders/documents in a timely manner.
Process incoming documents, create legal records and process and analyze No-Go records.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
6 months general office experience
Preferred Qualifications for this position include:
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous electronic medical records (EMR) training or experience, and medical terminology
Office experience in a health care environment
