Senior Medical Staff Data Administrator - Medical Staff Services at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital

Under the direction of the Director of Medical Staff Services, manages the shared medical staff database for accuracy and consistency across all PHC entities. The data administrator manages access, assure data integrity, train, expand use, modify data elements necessary for PH&S system data integration needs, and coordinate interface/s with the software vendor. The data administrator will research new processes, features, and modules, and train for these processes across all PHC entities.


Required qualifications:

  • Medical setting

  • Demonstrated database management

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree IT or health care related field

  • Proficiency in iMD-Staff software very strongly

  • Hospital credentialing and privileging skills

  • CPMSM or CPMSM certification with NAMSS
