Providence Practice Manager II - Pulmonary Lung and Sleep Clinic in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Practice Manager II ( Pulmonary Lung and Sleep Clinic , Days, Full Time) to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Manage day to day clinic/department operations to insure smooth operations, quickly resolves operational issues/problems as they are identified.
Ensure effective patient care management that promotes high patient satisfaction. Provides input into the development and implementation of new clinic programs to increase and maintain patient volume and satisfaction.
Make regular staff rounds using the Studer model.
Handle daily staffing needs of assigned clinics.
Responsible for staff recruitment working in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Coordinate the training and orientation of new provider and staff members; assesses new staff members strengths and growth opportunities.
Provide timely employee evaluations; also provides timely employee coaching, mentoring and disciplinary action as necessary. All disciplinary action will be performed per PMG’s disciplinary process and policies.
Ensure approval of employee time cards via Kronos.
Listen to and resolves patient complaints.
Attend and participates at PMG Management meetings or other meetings as requested.
Lead at least monthly staff meetings and ensures distribution of follow-up meeting minutes of the discussion.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 6 years of management experience in lieu of degree
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- EMR experience
