Providence is calling a Patient Care Coordinator to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, Washington. Openings are full time and day shift. We have clinics located in many areas of Spokane and Spokane Valley.

1.0 FTE Family Medicine
0.5 FTE Family Medicine
1.0 FTE Orthopedics
0.5 FTE Lung and Sleep Disorders
1.0 FTE Rheumatology
In this position you will:
Schedule appointments, exams and procedures, and process forms and data.
Patiently and effectively provide feedback and information to patients and their families.
Provide information to assist patients in obtaining hospital and clinic services.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of clerical or customer service experience
Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
BLS required within 90 days of hire
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Knowledge of medical terminology
Proficiency with business software such as Microsoft Office
Experience with scheduling patient appointments
Experience in using a multi-line phone and greeting customers
