Providence Health & Services Executive Assistant - Providence Medical Group in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Executive Assistant (Providence Administration, Days, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Plan, perform and facilitate a broad range of administrative support services to support the CEO, CFO and COO by prioritizing and working independently on assigned projects and activities.
Manage the coordination and execution of event planning activities for large, complex meetings, events and retreats.
Coordinate travel schedule, executive calendars and meetings to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Administer requests for expense reports, check requests and other budgetary/financial documents as necessary.
Interface with high level internal/external contacts requiring extensive discretion and initiative to carry out a wide variety of assignments.
Fine tune administrative effectiveness by reviewing files in accordance with System retention policies, organize and maintain working document systems, and establish distribution lists for various committees, councils and groups.
Be responsible for planning activities related to a wide variety of administrative and office-related assignments.
Be responsible for developing efficient and accurate procedures to address work flow through area of responsibility.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) or more year’s previous experience providing executive administration support to a Chief or Vice President level executive, preferably in the health care field
Demonstrated customer service skills in a medical office or medical field setting preferred
Functional understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Computer and/or data entry experience and intermediate knowledge of office equipment including telephones, fax, copy machines, and scanners.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor degree in a related field
Previous project management experience
