Providence Health & Services Senior Provider Network Operations Coordinator, PSJH in Seattle, Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Senior Provider Network Operations Coordinator, PSJH to our location in Seattle, WA or within any Providence footprint locations: AK, OR, CA, MT, NM, and TX.
We are seeking a Senior Provider Network Operations Coordinator, PSJH to be responsible for the implementation of the Providence Telehealth Provider Network strategic plan through the development and administration of operational workflows in collaboration with regional partners for multiple Telehealth service lines including, physician and provider contracting, training, onboarding, scheduling, workflow protocols, CME management, fund allocation, and event management. Works closely with Service Line Administrative Leaders, Service Line Medical Directors, and Provider Network Leadership. The person in this role will work to employ providers in multiple medical groups across Providence, including collaboration with finance, operations, and service line leadership in each region to establish avenues that allow providers to do both enterprise telehealth work and local patient care. They will develop and maintain complex tracking and reporting mechanisms for needed visibility both within the telehealth team and for regional partners. This role will partner with each service line to develop and operationalize staffing strategies both for new services and existing services that are scaling.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: acting as a liaison for internal and external providers, development and coordination of short and long term projects, preparing reports and presentations, administering and maintaining information and tracking systems, administration of provider onboarding and offboarding, and relationship management with regional HR partners.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Partner with hospital leadership at Providence facilities across multiples states to develop and facilitate contracts for local providers that also want to participate in an Enterprise Telehealth panel.
Partner with Service Lines Leaders to develop complex staffing strategies. Understand and anticipate staffing needs for each service line.
Create and maintain system wide provider telehealth schedules for multiple service lines using complicated agile staffing strategies. Work with BI team to manage paging protocols as service lines scale.
Independently create and manage tailored workflows (including new service line additions) for new provider onboarding including recruitment, interviews, physician contracting and amendment language, and training in collaboration with regional partners in eight different states.
Develop and administer provider onboarding, report outs, and retrospectives with involved team members for process improvement including clinical workflow alignment and technical requirements.
Develop and administer process to track telehealth provider shifts, RVU’s, QI monitoring and other methods of payment for employed, contracted, and vendor providers for multiple service lines.
Partner with enterprise telehealth team members in all functional areas to understand and clarify support mechanisms for providers during implementations and ongoing care delivery.
Support the development of framework and strategy for the conversion of regional provider network to system provider networks.
Develop and communicate monthly reporting on contracting work, recruitment, and retention efforts.
Partner with medical directors to establish quality criteria and methods of monitoring and data collection.
Manage strategy for provider retention and engagement. Schedule and develop agendas, and organize meetings and events including provider team meetings and provider in person retreats for multiple service lines.
Build new and/or deepen existing relationships with regional and system leaders, providers and caregivers across multiple organizational functions that support, impact and/or are involved with telehealth products, services and projects to ensure mutual success.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
5 years High level admin/program coordination experience preferably in a health care setting.
Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
A demonstrated track record of being a change agent, leaving every team and process better than you found it.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Telehealth experience.
