Providence Health & Services PSMS Build - Supervisor, Epic Applications: Cupid, Radiant & Optime - PSJH in Seattle, Washington

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Build Supervisor, Epic Applications: Cupid Radiant & Optime - PSJH in one of the following locations: Seattle WA, Renton WA, Everett WA, Olympia WA, Spokane WA, Richland, WA, Portland OR, Beaverton OR, Anaheim CA, Irvine, CA, Missoula MT, Anchorage AK or a remote location within a 2 hour drive from any of the for-mentioned locations.

Location : this position can sit at any Providence location

In this position you will:

  • Provide excellence in Epic applications which includes, implementations and support for Providence St Joseph Health and affiliated organizations.

  • Provide day to day support and supervision of the Epic application staff.

  • Support the department and IS strategic goals, resource planning and utilization.

  • Provide support for individual application road map success, implementation and optimization activities, and production support of applications within span of control.

  • Be responsible for supervising, mentoring and developing application analysts as well as other staff.

  • Be responsible for supporting the overall integrity of their applications Epic build, the success of new Epic and integrated third party product introductions.

  • Primarily be focused on internal application teams and supporting the day to day functions for our analyst caregivers to ensure their success.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or an equivalent combination of education, skills and relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Epic certification in one (1) of the primary applications being supported within ninety (90) days of hiring; Cupid, Radient, Optime and Anesthesia.Must maintain certification in a current status

  • Two (2) years Information Service Leadership experience is highly desired

Four (4) years working in an Epic environment or seven (7) years build analyst experience in Epic and/or equivalent healthcare software (may substitute for Epic Certification and build experience)
