Providence Health & Services Partnering Director, Telehealth in Seattle, Washington
As part of the Providence TeleHealth team, the Partnering Director is responsible for the strategic growth of Providence St. Joseph’s Health TeleHealth business, which supports the scale of the quadruple aim including; improved physician experience, improved patient outcomes, improved patient experience, and lower cost of care.
What you’ll work on:
The Telehealth Partnering Director evaluates potential delivery systems for PSJH Telehealth and intentions to deliver a high value clinical program from program onset through post implementation. The director will not only ensure growth of the program, but partner with Service Line Leaders to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall goals for the service line; this includes market and competitive assessments to identify optimal partner sites. Additionally, the director will play an integral role in new business assessments, in partnership with Service Line Leaders and Operations, and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. In addition to new sales, the Director will focus on growing and developing existing clients, with the goal of generating new business.
How you’ll be doing this:
Driving growth of the TeleHealth business in the Region and implementing sales strategies across the region by: development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel, Total recognized cost savings for PSJH ministries and in aggregate from use of the services, New customers (Recipients) by count, # of services delivered to each customer (Recipient) and Total Revenue Growth.
Total Territory Management: Strategic planning with regional stakeholders to identify prioritized customers / partners / recipients of the services, be they internal to PSJH for purposes of driving cost reductions, or external for purposes of driving general growth of PSJH. Coordinate all sales & outreach efforts regarding telehealth and related services with the PSJH Regions. Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate. Direct Prospecting, Cold-calling, & Sales to organizations that will benefit from various telehealth services. Development and Management of existing and new channel partners, approved by the GVP and Chief Executive of Telehealth.
Routine reporting via CRM: Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process. Ensuring the CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage.
Participation and presenting in regional and national conferences for telehealth.
Information feedback (via CRM) to marketing and product development.
Required qualifications for this position include:
4 year college / university degree or practical industry experience. Preferred in health sciences and/or business.
Minimum 10 years direct sales experience to hospitals with an emphasis on complex solutions defined as: Impacting multiple customer stakeholders including at a minimum, physician, nurses, and IT. Each contract has an annual value > $500k. Including software & hardware and multiple services; additionally medical devices a plus.
Experience determining and presenting ROI analyses and value propositions to customers as part of the sales process.
Experience and familiarity with the physician credentialing process and dealing with Medical Staff Offices.
Experience & Comfort selling to Sr Leadership (C-suite).
Experience working in a complex, matrix organizations.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Vaccination records may be required to enter certain customer sites.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Experience across the continuum of care, and various HC organizational types (Home Care, LTC, etc.) a plus.
