Seeking a full-time, board-certified ARNP with experience in Adult Primary Care, Gerontology or Family Medicine. This is an excellent learning opportunity with the flexibility to work with supportive Geriatric Medicine colleagues. Providence ElderPlace is an established Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program, the only one in Washington State. • Outpatient setting
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
• A minimum of one year of experience preferred, but new graduates with geriatric nursing or long-term care RN experience are welcome to apply

Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults.
