Providence Health & Services Marketing /Enrollment Specialist- Pace West Seattle in Seattle, Washington
Providence is calling a Marketing /Enrollment Coordinator ( Pace West Seattle , Full-Time, Mon-Fri: 8am-4:30pm) to Providence ElderPlace in West Seattle, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Assure that any marketing activities are consistent with regulatory requirements established for PACE providers by the federal and state governments.
Implement a strategic marketing plan that results in a net growth in PEPS census by an average of 5 enrollees per month per Center.
Systematically contacts referral sources and qualified prospects based on a segmented, prioritized strategic marketing plan, developing relationships to generate repeat referrals.
Develop and Implement a comprehensive Action Plan plan that furthers the visibility of Providence Elder Place Seattle through a combination of specific promotional activities and educational efforts tailored to reach target audiences of qualified prospects.
Nurture the loyalty of referral sources and relationships with qualified prospects.
Thoroughly understand PEPS eligibility criteria and the financial qualification process for Medicaid.
Maintain a database of qualified prospects, including demographic and customer profile data.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Valid Driver's license
Current vehicle insurance coverage
1 year proven success in sales, marketing and public relations activities in the human services sector
Proficient experience in a Windows environment (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
