CNA LTC - Long Term Care

The CNA / RA follows all relevant policies and procedures and works within the Nursing Assistant-Certified scope of practice. Activities of the CNA / RA are supervised by the nurse on duty during the shift, and the CNA / RA reports important resident information to the nurse during the shift and at change-of-shift report.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Nursing Assistant Certification.

  • Food Handler's Permit (or must obtain within 14 days of hire)

  • OBRA Registry required for Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care NAC positions; not required for Assisted Living.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year customer service or healthcare administrative experience
