Providence is calling a Program Manager RN, Value Analysis Services to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.

We are seeking a Program Manager RN to be accountable for the collaborative integration, implementation, and optimization of system and regional Resource, Engineering and Hospitality (REH) Value Analysis strategies. As a member of the REH Value Analysis leadership team, this role includes working with key business and operational stakeholders within specific regions of Providence, participating in, and partnering with others on REH strategic integration efforts; executing strategic plans around Providence-wide REH initiatives; ensuring a compliant, effective, and streamlined operational REH experience for business and patient constituent groups.

In this position you will:

  • Organize and lead regular Value Analysis Team Meetings and be responsible for researching the clinical quality data in preparing for these meetings.

  • Directly interface with key clinicians and other clinical professionals to engage them into the value analysis process and service as a resource for them.

  • Be responsible for implementing and executing strategic system Value Analysis policies, procedures, and plans in the region assigned.

  • Participate in appropriate REH team meetings, system resource council meeting, CAT teams, regional excellence councils, etc. and represent product decisions from a clinical user viewpoint.

  • Interact with key regional Providence clinical, quality leaders and system REH pillar teams to serve as a resource when clinical data and information is requested.

  • Work in concert with system REH Strategic Sourcing team members as needed to provide appropriate input and feedback on clinical viability of products.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of an RN license and BS degree in Health Services, Business or Business Management, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.

  • Minimum 5 year overall nursing and /or supply chain experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of collaboration and implementation experience with supply chain or value analysis.

  • Must be proficient in MS-Office suite products and be familiar with Lawson MMIS.

  • Current RN License in State residing.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • A Masters Degree or BS Nursing Degree.

  • Previous experience with product evaluation processes, product trials, or product evaluation.

  • Previous experience in project management, change management, team facilitation, benchmarking /or process improvement.
