Senior Data Manager - Enterprise Information Services - Redmond/Seattle Greater Area *Hybrid

This is a key Data Management role for the Administrative Technologies vertical at PSJH. As such, it will have data management scope across business domains that fall within Administrative Technologies, like: Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and other non-clinical shared services. The scope is both broad and connected, in terms of connecting multiple businesses together to create a seamless and simplified caregiver experience. This role is both enterprise in nature and startup in mindset because we are creating and building this IS division from the ground floor. This role will work in a fast-paced environment, constant demands for better data quality and experiences, and will require strong data management, analysis skills, problem resolution, decision making, communication, solution implementation and partnering skills. It requires a combination of business acumen, user advocacy and technical proficiency. This role requires someone to have both learning and teaching mindset as we bring in cutting edge data management and connected experience skillset to the organization. It requires one to deal with high degrees of ambiguity and drive clear data management and implementation plans, while bringing the team, fellow IS teams and our business partners along towards success.

Some job responsibilities include, but are not limited to –

  • Help build proper data management practices and relationships that enable the business teams to focus on driving their business and IS teams to run IS services.

  • Work as a key member on a tightknit team that includes the End to End Experience, Technical Program Management, Software Engineering and Service Engineering, to enable efficiencies across applications we support.

  • Leverage experience in enterprise level data management theory and practice, solution analysis, user experience, project management, process modeling, persona development and connected experience to drive data quality, behavior, process and priority decisions across the team and IS.

  • Drive key operational processes through cooperative partnership by participating in solution definition through to operational solution implementation, assisting in prioritization of work and related ongoing optimal delivery.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Informatics or equivalent educ/experience

  • 5 years related experience in data and/or Product Management experience with direct Production ownership

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years working experience with developing data trend reports, audit frameworks, product roadmaps, functional specifications, UAT, Customer support, launching new products, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing

  • 5 years strong organizational, presentation, and writing skills and ability to successfully interact across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers

  • 5 years working experience with SQL, Cloud, Visual Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or other development, reporting or coordination tools

  • 3 years working experience handling ETL Frameworks, BI data, Stakeholder Management and Project Management

  • Experience in Finance/Healthcare/HR functions is a plus
