Providence Supervisor Graduate Medical Education Program in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Supervisor Graduate Medical Education Program (1.0 FTE, Days) to Family Practice for Providence Medical Group Southwest in Olympia, WA.
The Program Supervisor is responsible for operational functions related to graduate medical education (GME) management and accreditation requirements. This position has direct supervision of the residency administrative team of program coordinators and the residency administrative assistant.
In this position you will:
Ensure GME programs adhere to accreditation standards
Support program coordinators and directors in operational functions of residency training
Organize collaboration across the 5 GME sites at all levels of GME – directors, coordinators, faculty, and residents
Coordinate communications and learning with affiliate organizations
Responsible for management of budget tracking and assists Director of GME with performance to budget
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Medical related field from an accredited college/university; OR equivalent educ/experience considered
4 years clinical or program administration, preferably related to GME
Preferred qualification for this position include:
Master's Degree in Business Administration or Medical related field from an accredited college/university
Certified through Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME)
