Stroke and Telestroke Program Manager

The Stroke/Telestroke Program Manager will be responsible for implementing and growing a comprehensive Stroke/Telestroke Program. The manager will help set the direction and be responsible for program certification (Joint Commission or DNV) working in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met. The manager is responsible for multiple aspects of the Stroke/Telestroke Program including outreach, operational roll out and day to day oversight of the program. The manager will be responsible for program projects through the lifecycle of planning to implementation.The manager coordinates service line outreach and improvement activities with internal and external stakeholders including neighboring community hospitals and physician practices. The manager will be responsible for facilitating/coordinating program committee meetings and communicating program status.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

  • Current Registered Nurse state license in good standing.

  • Current and valid WA State Driver’s License.

  • 5 years clinical experience with minimum of 3 years in stroke.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree

  • Advanced Practice Nurse: Clinical Nurse Specialist or ARNP

  • Experience in acute care emergency services, program development and program certification/accreditation
