Providence Health & Services Clinic Supervisor - Family Practice in Monroe, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinic Supervisor (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in the Family Practice Department at Monroe Medical Center in Monroe, WA. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible to all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
Under the general direction of the Practice Manager, the Clinic Supervisor manages the business, technical and patient support services for the assigned clinic. The Clinic Supervisor also implements and manages all aspects of the clinic to support the strategic initiatives of Providence Physician Group and the Northwest Washington Service Area.
I n this position you will:
Ensure care management of all patient populations within assigned clinic. Provide Senior Leadership with input to the development and implementation of new clinic programs to increase and maintain patient volume and satisfaction.
Promote high levels of satisfaction with patients, providers and staff, by proactively addressing concerns through meaningful measures and interventions. Develop and nurture in staff a sense of shared ownership of patient satisfaction.
Partner with marketing to develop and implement clinic marketing programs; keep Medical Director informed and engaged in the process.
Ensure effective, ongoing staff recruitment and retention through collaborative efforts with leadership, clinic staff and human resources. Continually offer insights into improvement within this function.
Participate on Providence Physician Group committees related to clinic and network-wide operational development and strategic initiatives.
Required qualifications for this position includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and progressively responsible leadership experience in clinic management/medical office management (Significant experience may substitute for education.)
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
Leadership experience in specific specialty of assigned clinic.
Clinical experience highly preferred (Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN).
Experience supervising clinical staff highly preferred.
