Providence Health & Services Supervisor Cardiovascular Laboratory in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Supervisor Cardiovascular Laboratory (1.0 FTE, Variable) to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.
We are looking for a Supervisor who can manage staff, processes, supplies, and quality improvement projects for the Cardiolvascular/Electrophysiolgy Laboratory to ensure the highest quality of care and services is delivered to physicians and patients.
In this position you will:
Manage the Cardiovascular Laboratory department operations to achieve goals using funds and personnel as authorized in the annual budget
Plan, organize workload and staff assignments, review progress and direct changes in priorities and schedules as needed to assure work is completed in an efficient and timely manner
Oversee the selection, supervision and evaluation of staff according to organizational policies, procedures and protocols
Initiate/implement disciplinary actions as required
Ensure all staff are in compliance with applicable licensure and accreditation standards
Maintain confidentiality of records or medical center information at all times
Required qualifications for this position include:
Minimum of five years progressive supervisor responsibilities
Maintain licensure if applicable, i.e. RN license, CVL tech certification
Recent Cath Lab Experience or equivalent
