Providence Sleep Lab Manager in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Sleep Lab Manager (1.0 FTE, Days with occasional Nights) to work in our Sleep Lab at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington in Everett, WA
The Manager provides ongoing leadership for the development and implamentation of management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality operations. Ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. Lead staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient’s physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures. Participate in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
In this position you will:

Maintain confidentiality of all information related to patients, medical staff, employees, and as appropriate, other information
Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including patients/family members, employees, managers, medical staff, volunteers and community members, so that productivity and positive relations are maximized
Develop individual objectives consistent with the NW Service Area
Measure and report on individual objectives quarterly
Complete annual mandatory education review and competency program
Oversee the daily operation of the support staff in clinics, including access, scheduling, patient flow, telephones, information systems, medical records and patient care
Overall responsibility for recruitment, retention, training, compensation, and performance management of all clinic support staff.
Analyze monthly statistical reports on clinic production and revenues. Recommends and implement process improvement plans to address areas of deficiency.
Develop and monitor Sleep Lab operating budgets
Assure clinic operate within budget
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate Degree or two year technical program
Three or more years of healthcare management experience
5 years of sleep technology and documented proficiency for all competencies required of a sleep technologist
RPSGT or RST certification
BA/BS degree in Business or Health Care field
