Providence is calling a current caregiver to develop his or her career with this new opportunity as a Senior Practice Manager III in Women's Health Services at Providence Medical Group in Everett, WA.
The Clinic Manager III provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality relations of multiple clinics.
In this position you will:
Provide ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality relations of multiple clinics.
Ensure strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
Lead staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
Participate in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Five (5) years progressive management -level work experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Health Administration (MHA)
Previous multi-specialty clinic management experience
