Providence Health & Services RN - Manager, Endoscopy in Everett, Washington

Providence is calling an RN Endoscopy Manager to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.

Manage the Endoscopy Department to support the business and operations of the unit. Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards.Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for Endoscopy and seamless patient care plan for procedural patients.

In this position you will:

  • Manage the deparment’s human resource functions.

  • Develop and manage departmental budgets.

  • Assess each deparment’s overall patient satisfaction.

  • Maintain both patient and staff safety.

  • Manage and monitor customer issues and concerns including employee satisfaction and internal satisfaction.

  • Review and prepare department policies and procedures on an annual basis to assure Joint Commissions, state, federal and other regulatory standards, laws or rules are followed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all records and medical center information for the department’s at all times.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • BSN

  • Recent relevant clinical experience

  • Management experience in surgical, procedural, endoscopy setting

  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Washington

  • Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field

  • CGRN
