LPN - Hospice Snohomish
The LPN Nurse Clinician provides holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and their families by providing nursing care according to the Plan of Care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The LPN Nurse Clinician works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary hospice group (IDG)with the goals of anticipating changes in the patient's condition, avoiding crises, promoting patient and family choice, assuring continuity of care, and enhancing the quality of life of dying patients.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
Certificate of Nursing or equivalent education/experience
Current Washington State Driver's license and automobile insurance
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
Current Washington State professional licensure or certification
Preferred qualifications:
One (1) year nursing experience
Prior Hospice, Homecare, Long Term Care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology experience
Hospice certification or advanced certification
