We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) who will work under the general direction of the practitioner or Clinic Supervisor to assess, evaluate, implement and follow-up in matters of direct and indirect patient care. Supervise the overall delivery of healthcare in the clinic setting. Establish and maintain effective relationships with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative support staff in order to organize and deliver cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable healthcare in a safe, respectful manner that ensures patient respect and dignity.

Position Details: This is a full-time position with benefits (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8-10 hour shifts. Shifts can start as early as 7:30am and end as late as 6pm). Occasional travel between Marysville and North Everett.

In this position you will:

  • Effectively implement Standard Universal Precautions and Body Substance Isolation in all laboratory duties.

  • Triage patients and communicate urgent patient needs to the practitioner.

  • Anticipate the needs of the patient and the practitioner during the exam.

  • Draw blood; perform EKGs, laboratory and x-rays; assist with diagnostic tests and clinical procedures to appropriate level of training and established procedures.

  • Insure patient privacy and comfort during the exam; instruct patients in the collection of samples and other tests.

  • Obtain body fluid specimens including but not limited to urinary catheterization.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Registered Nurse education/training

  • Patient Care Experience

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Washington

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

  • Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) within 90 days of employment

  • Recent experience in an acute care facility

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as RN highly preferred

  • Experience with Epic

  • Experience with phone triage
