Providence is calling an Executive Assistant (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in the Medical Education Department at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.

We are seeking an Administrative assistant who will provide administrative support for the department, including reception, secretarial, and clerical duties. Also includes patient scheduling, billing, insurance verification, ordering and stocking supplies/equipment.
In this position you will:
Provides reception service for the department:
According to PRMCE standards, greets/welcomes all who physically enter the department and who telephones the department.
Responds to inquiries and requests (in person, by phone, fax and email) by providing information or routing them to staff as appropriate, in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensures that department reception area is clean, orderly, and safe for patients and visitors.
Thoughtfully and independently looks ahead for priorities, takes the initiative to prepare or request materials, for upcoming commitments:
Prioritize and influence department timelines to ensure successful execution.
Performs clerical support duties for the department:
Prepares, handles, delivers, and distributes department mail in a timely and accurate manner.
Performs a variety of office support duties including typing, filing, copying, emailing, and faxing to ensure efficient operation.
Performs general administrative support duties for the department:
In a timely and accurate manner.
Schedules travel and proactively address all aspects of travel such as hotel and flight accommodation.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Within the past 5 years: medical office reception, clerical, secretarial experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Associate's Degree in Office management or business.
