In this position you will:

  • Provide leadership to coordinate and administer efficient and effective delivery of interdisciplinary care to patients in their homes.

  • Be responsible for ongoing operations and fiscal accountability for select components of the department's operating budget.

  • Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation and oversight of skills, competency and performance as per state and/or federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in Occupational or Speech Therapy

  • Current RN, PT, OT or SLP licensure in the State of Washington, in good standing

  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

  • Certified OASIS Specialist - Clinical (COS-C) certification OR must be earned within one year from date of hire

  • Current Driver's license and access to daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle

  • 3 years of supervisor/management experience

  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher

  • 5 years of supervisor/management experience
