Providence Health & Services Donor Database Specialist in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Donor Database Specialist (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to our Foundation department at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a Donor Database Specialist to be responsible for assisting the Senior Database Manager and ensuring the prompt and accurate processing and documentation of donor gifts including preparing donor acknowledgement letters, gift summary and detail reports and recording gift batches. In addition, the position will support the special events and annual giving team in meeting their database needs.
In this position you will:
Manage and process large donor mailings; process and document donor gifts.
Prepare and process donor and event-related donation acknowledgements.
Record gift batch totals on the monthly accounting report; generate gift summary and detail reports for daily gift batch entry.
Assist manager with database reports, updates and special projects upon request.
Provide back-up to Senior Database Manager; back-up for general administration and event support.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate’s degree or technical school degree; equivalent experience may substitute for degree
Raiser’s Edge database experience
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products
Fact and accurate typing skills
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Some knowledge of accounting practices
